Period dates and vital records belong to your account
Saved period start and end dates, and saved weight, temperature and sleep records, are stored in Cycavera’s hosted database with your account. Sign in to the same account to access those saved records from another device.
Always wait for a successful save before leaving a form. A date or number typed into a field has not necessarily reached the database.
Symptoms and medication entries stay in this browser
Symptom and medication records are stored locally for your signed-in account. They do not automatically sync to another browser or device. Opening Cycavera in a different browser, even on the same phone, may therefore show a different local history.
Clearing site data can permanently remove these local records. Private browsing may also remove them when its session ends. Export first if you want to keep a copy.
Use the export before changing devices
- Sign in on the browser that contains the local records you want to keep.
- Open Privacy settings and choose Download my data.
- Check that the downloaded file is present and store it in a trusted location.
- If you have used more than one browser or device, repeat the export where other local records are stored.
The export includes available account records and the current browser’s account-specific entries. Downloading a file does not automatically import it into another device. Cycavera does not currently provide a general file-import tool.
Signing out and deleting records are different actions
Signing out does not erase this browser’s local health records. The app separates local entries by account, but it is still sensible to use a device you trust and protect access to that device.
Privacy settings offer controls to clear your local symptom and medication records and to delete your saved period dates. These are separate actions, covering different records.
Consent, deletion and billing have separate controls
Withdrawing health consent pauses tracking. It does not automatically delete existing records or cancel a subscription. You can still access Privacy settings and manage billing.
A health-record or account-deletion request is submitted for review; submitting it is not confirmation that all records have already been erased. Read the Privacy Policy for request handling, retention and backup details.
Ask without sharing unnecessary health details
If you need help locating an export or understanding a privacy control, contact support@sevensaaslimited.com. Describe the screen or action involved. Do not send your password, and avoid attaching health records unless they are needed and an appropriate sharing method has been agreed.
